Eighteen castaways began the season divided among Hina, Kele, and Uli. Kele struggled immediately, losing Jake to a snakebite, while personality clashes divided Uli. Two tribe swaps reshaped alliances, with Jawan and Sage joining Steven to eliminate Shannon. After the merge, their alliance gained control by blindsiding Nate. However, Rizo's idol, Savannah's immunity victories, and poor coordination among their opponents shifted momentum toward Rizo, Savannah, and Sophi. At the final six, Steven found a vote blocker, but Kristina and Sage unexpectedly betrayed him. Kristina followed at the final five, targeted for her fire-making ability. Sophi won final immunity and surprisingly brought Sage to the end, forcing Savannah to defeat Rizo in fire-making. At Final Tribal Council, Sophi emphasized her survival skills, while Sage defended her emotional gameplay. Savannah's adaptability, challenge dominance, and ability to navigate shifting alliances ultimately impressed the jury, earning her the million-dollar prize in a 5-2-1 victory.
